Brief introduction of research & development departmentThe research and development department undertakes the functions of developing new products. Two of the technicians hold senior titles, whereas three hold intermediate and junior titles. The working place for research and development covers more than 100 square meters, with more than 20 sets of instruments.
To prepare raw materials, this department equips with the most advanced Japanese technology such as sand mill, which can grind raw materials as tiny as D50<0.5μm. In modeling the materials, this department has various ceramics modeling methods such as isostatic pressing, hot injection moulding, dust pressing, tumbling forming, slip casting and can produce big- sized ceramic parts that are as big as more than 600mm and precision ceramic products that can be as precise as μm. The RDD has atmosphere sintering equipment that can reach as high as 1750℃ and has precision machine that can grind, perforate and polish high-hardness engineering ceramics.
In the past few years, Zibo Huachuang Fine Ceramics Co., Ltd. has established good cooperative relations with many Chinese well-known universities such as Tsinghua University, Beijing University and Tianjin University. Our company has laid solid ceramic technique foundation and has strong technical innovation to support. Our company undertakes two National Tenth Five-Year Plan "863" Projects, carried out mainly by the research and development department. At present, this department has the abilities to develop various ceramic products with materials from zirconia, alumina, mullite, zirconium silicate, toughened ceramics, composite ceramics and other composites.

Description:Brief introduction of the equipment: It is the most effective, superfine powder grinding equipment in the world. Its mill liner and nog plate are of Y-TZP material originally imported from Japan and its controlling system and leakage protective system adopt the most advanced technology from Japan and the United States. It is characterized by monitoring with multiple-point of pressure, temperature, amperage, frequency and time, and can control frequency conversion of main axis rotation speed and frequency conversion to feed materials. The final particle size of grinded product can be as tiny as D50<0.5μm.
