QA/QC Introduction
Brief introduction of the quality check departmentThe quality check department undertakes functions such｡as setting and carrying out of quality standard and criteria for checking, instrument management as well as checking and improving quality etc. There are three professional quality controllers and around 10 sets of equipment used for checking quality.
The quality check department strictly abides by the stipulations of ISO9001. Five quality control processes are set up in the company, including in batch check, spot check and ex-factory check etc. In each process, there is strict quality Criteria. In this way high quality of products is guaranteed.

Description:This equipment adopts the most advanced patent technique in the world and is the most advanced machine manufactured by the most well-known company in China. It is used to measure the particle size distribution of sizes of solid power or of emulsion. It is characterized by fast speed (only one minute/per sample), wide range of dynamic (above 1:1000), wide range of measurement (0.05-300μm), good repetition(repetitive error lower than 3%), easy handling(automatically count and analyze by computer). Output analyzed items include size distribution table, size distribution curve, average particle size, medium diameter, boundary diameter, and specific surface area.
